Detailed Description

What an export is asked to do, resolved by the caller when it dispatches the export. The size: with scale_factor > 0 each image is reduced by that factor (capped at 1), otherwise it fits in max_width x max_height, 0 x 0 meaning full size. The strings are copied, the caller keeps them.
